Competitive gaming and pro gaming is so addictive and destructive , yet the outcome is so small comparing to the amount of effort and time it take. It's better to avoid it for sure.

I found it much easier to get away from gaming by switching off to story-driven games I get bored with in an hour)

im not sure if im addicted, im 15 and i do do my work and get A's to Bs for my test or assesment. I play rainbow six siege for competetive is because i like improving and getting better. I love playing with a team and communicating. I think this can also reflect teamwork outside of games. I do play sports like soccer, im on a soccer club. So please reply if you have any comments.

I have left ESports for real sport, its so much more rewarding and changed my life, in the end i found my believe in Jesus christ, so my whole life changed when i decided to quit gaming…

I have complete gaming setup of csgo but after some time my monitors is die now 1 month I am not playing but I realise they are too much addictive and different mind and thinking 🤔 we wasted in crap 💩
Now I want to sell my PC

Yeah but quoting anything for 90 days will change your mind set. Why quit for 90 days why not just learn to prioritise your life and play in your spare time? Like I know my gaming been bad over the last year take a year out of University been playing for 12 hours a day somedays over the last year. But if I only play games to talk to people a lot of my friends have girlfriends and kids. But some of my friends play video games and don't go out that much. I admit I probably need to do the night today challenge myself

I switched over to playing DnD and it has helped soo much filling some of the same itches, but without nearly as many bad side effects that come with gaming. I get real social interaction out of it, more creativity then most games, and something that is difficult to or impossible for me to obsess over. I had to deal with other challenges the other 6 days of the week, but still any good habit you can do to replace gaming is a good step. I hardly ever play anything now and when I do it's healthy and I can actually enjoy it in moderation.

Although the production value has increased the camera casting on these videos is horrible, just spectating random players at random times and the fact we can't see the scoreboards is just too tilting, its just not as hypy, when it came up first and i saw gunless at 10/4 i was like damn back in the day that wouldve been hypy but i had no idea becasue you cant see anything other than how many bullets they have lmao
